Guelph Lake Veterinary Hospital is a new facility and we are very pleased to be at the forefront of providing some amenities to the east end communities in Guelph. Our modern facility will provide our team everything necessary to offer individual care to each pet we see.

We do not have a cookie cutter approach to medicine.  Every animal is different and you can expect a discussion of the health care options that may or may not be unique to your pet but will be relevant for your pet. Our standards for patient care are high. We all have pets too, so when you entrust us with your pet’s care we treat each patient through the eyes of veterinarians but also as pet owners. 

Our intent is to make it easy to look after your pet.  Although we can’t be open all the time, we have a good mix of early, late and weekend hours.  We also communicate via email, telephone, blog and Twitter.  We can refill prescriptions from our website and encourage you to request your next appointment through our website.  Coming soon, we will be offering a local delivery service for our clients, as well! Describing “what to expect” is difficult because everyone has different backgrounds, different pets, different goals and therefore different expectations.  We know there are many veterinary clinics to chose from but being here for the east end of Guelph ensures that you can expect one thing because it is the ultimate goal driving our practice philosophy:  at the end of every day we want to be able to say that we did the best for every pet we saw.   We look forward to seeing you soon.
